Return & Cancellation Policy

All purchases are finalized individually after direct communication with the customer.

We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, descriptions, dimensions, and condition details before confirming an order.

Returns are generally not accepted after purchase confirmation, except in cases where:

  • the item arrives significantly different from its description;
  • the item is damaged during delivery.

Please note:

Our furniture consists of restored vintage and pre-owned items. Minor imperfections, signs of age, patina, repairs, and variations in texture or color are considered part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

  • • Customized, reserved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged during transport.
  • • If you have any questions regarding a piece, please contact us before confirming your purchase.

Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery within Helsinki for all furniture purchases.

Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed individually with the customer.

For furniture restoration orders, we provide:

  • free furniture pickup from the customer’s location to our workshop;
  • free delivery of the completed restored item back to the customer.

Delivery times for restoration projects depend on the scope of work and are discussed individually before the project begins.

Customers will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Terms & Conditions

1. General

All products offered are restored, vintage, or pre-owned furniture items unless otherwise stated.

2. Product Condition

Customers acknowledge that restored and vintage furniture may contain signs of age, repairs, patina, and other characteristics consistent with previous use.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed individually through direct communication with the customer via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other agreed methods.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR. VAT is included.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in the Delivery Policy section.

6. Returns

Return conditions are described in the Return & Cancellation Policy section.

7. Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or returned after confirmation.

8. Availability

As many items are unique vintage pieces, availability is subject to confirmation at the time of inquiry.
